Alabama Coastal Insurance by Brian Lehmann is an independent insurance agency at 520 N. Greeno Rd., Fairhope, Alabama 36532. Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to share with us:
- Quote requests. Your name, phone number, email address, property address, name on the deed, birthdate, details about your home, vehicles or business, and your coverage preferences.
- Contact requests. Your name, phone number or email, how you would like to be reached, and the type of insurance you are asking about.
- Calls and emails. Anything you tell us when you contact the office directly.
- Website usage. Basic information about how the site is used, such as pages visited and the type of device, gathered through cookies and similar technology (see below).
Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or card numbers in the quote forms or in email. We do not ask for them on this website.
How we use it
- To prepare and review coverage options and to follow up with you about your request.
- To work with insurance carriers and other companies involved in quoting, placing or servicing a policy.
- To answer your questions and keep records of our conversations.
- To meet legal, licensing and recordkeeping requirements that apply to insurance agencies.
- To understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information when it is needed to do what you asked, for example with insurance carriers or underwriters when a quote is requested, and with the service providers who help us run the office and the website, such as email and analytics services. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Email and the quote forms
Our quote and call-request forms send your details to our office by email. Email is not always encrypted in transit. If you would rather not send certain details this way, call us and we will take them by phone.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and limit access to people who need it to serve you. No website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we encourage you to share only what is needed.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements, and then we dispose of it in a secure way.

You can ask us to correct your information, tell us you would rather not receive calls or emails, or ask what we have on file for you. Contact us using the details above and we will respond, subject to the records we are required by law to keep.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
